1. Classic Espresso Martini

Traditional · Vodka based

1½ oz vodka

2 oz Fever-Tree Espresso Martini Mix

3 coffee beans for garnish

Combine vodka and mixer in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds, strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with three coffee beans.

2. Espresso Rum Martini

Nontraditional · Rum based

1½ oz aged dark rum

2 oz Fever-Tree Espresso Martini Mix

2 dashes orange bitters

Orange peel for garnish

Combine rum, mixer and bitters in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe. Express the orange peel over the glass and garnish. The rum adds notes of caramel and spice, while the orange bitters complement the rich coffee flavors.
