Private Property Rosé 2024

Scott Caraccioli comes from a fourth-generation farming family in Monterey’s Salinas Valley, and Private Property is his personal project. This rosé blends 70% grenache and 30% pinot noir, sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards in the Santa Lucia Highlands. The area’s cool climate and afternoon maritime winds create ideal conditions for fresh, expressive fruit. Co-fermented in stainless steel, the wine is bright and juicy, with layered notes of citrus and wild berries for texture.
