Inspired by the success of her Rouge Crush and Orange Crush blends, winemaker and Master of Wine, Bree Stock introduced Blanc Crush — a new white blend that pushes the boundaries of what the Willamette Valley can offer.
Blanc Crush brings together the region’s past, present, and future: Pinot Blanc from 30-year-old vines, Chardonnay from the Eola-Amity Hills, and a touch of Aligoté from newer plantings in Yamhill-Carlton. All fruit is organically farmed and fermented with native yeasts in neutral barrels. Partial malolactic fermentation and a whisper of residual sugar from the Aligoté add depth and texture.
The result is a bright, mineral-driven wine with citrus lift, savory nuance, and a saline finish — a fresh take on the potential of white blends in the Valley, and a continued expression of Bree's vision for the region.
