When Your Subscription Starts

To receive the next month’s wine bag, please sign up by the 25th of the prior month.

• Example 1: Sign up anytime between October 1st and October 25th to receive your first bag in November.
• Example 2: Sign up anytime between February 1st and February 25th and your first bag will be in March.

📅 You’ll be billed on the same date (as your original sign-up date) every month going forward. Unless of course, you decide to pause or cancel your subscription. 

🗓️ When will I get my first bag?

Between the 1st and 7th of the following month. In other words, you can pick-up your wine bag at the shop the first week of every month. For example: sign up on September 15th and pick-up your October bag anytime between October 1st and October 7th.

🍷 What’s the difference between the 2-bottle and 3-bottle tiers?

• 2 bottles ($48/month): Two carefully chosen wines each month.
• 3 bottles ($78/month): Three wines, including special selections and broader variety.

💳 When will I be billed?

Your credit card will be charged on the same date each month, starting when you sign up.

👜 Do I need to bring my tote bag?

Yes! We provide a free Flight Wine Shop tote bag with your first month's wines. Please bring your Flight tote bag each month when you pick up your wines.

📍 Where do I pick up my wines?

All Frequent Fliers bags are available for pickup at Flight Wine Shop in Crystal City / Arlington.

🚫 Can I pause or cancel my membership

Yes, you can pause or cancel anytime through your online account. Just make sure to do so before your next billing date.
