Vin de Folie is intended as a more immediate and playful side of the project, built around freshness and energy rather than structure or aging potential. The 2024 is a blend centered largely on pinot noir & cabernet franc sourced from cooler Australian vineyard sites, with farming practices emphasizing healthy soils and moderate yields.

Fermentation takes place with native yeasts and a gentle approach to extraction, often including a portion of whole clusters. Aging is typically carried out in older barrels or neutral vessels, avoiding overt oak influence and preserving the brightness of the fruit.
