An easy entry into the world of skin-contact wine, Azimut Brisat is a clean, easy-going glou glou that 17th-generation winemaker Assis Suriol describes as “all texture, spices, fruit, laughter hanging out.” Natural fermentation with native yeasts, 5 days on skins (Parellada, Sumoll Blanc, Garnatxa Blanca, Moscatell) and then 3 months in underground concrete tanks.
