Istine brings the same precision and site-specific focus to their rosato as they do to their acclaimed single-vineyard Chianti Classico. Sourced from the organically farmed Casanova dell’Aia vineyard and made entirely from sangiovese, this is a rosato with serious intention.
Fermented spontaneously and handled with minimal intervention, it captures the savory depth and structure of the variety. Wild cherry and blood orange lead the way, backed by herbal notes and a stony edge. A gentle tannic grip gives it the bones to pair like a light red.
Great with grilled seafood and summer veggies!
