Lo Fi Chardonnay 2020

Hand harvested and sustainably grown; Whole cluster pressed to tank. Settled 48 hours prior to racking to barrel and concrete amphora. Fermented on the native yeasts, followed by partial malolactic by naturally occurring bacteria. No sulfur used at pressing. 

A clean & powerful expression of Cali Chard, perfect mix of new world fruit and Burgundian pizazz. beautiful oak integration. 

Lovely, balanced and layered. Lemon curd, some soft minerals, great acidity. The oak is subtle, and the texture is silky from partial malolactic fermentation.
