Baga Brito Sparkling Rosé NV is made entirely from baga, a variety prized for its naturally bright acidity, firm structure, and vivid color. The grapes are harvested early to preserve freshness before undergoing a gentle pressing and traditional method secondary fermentation in bottle. Extended lees aging adds texture and finesse while maintaining the wine's vibrant fruit and mineral driven character. The result is a sparkling rosé that is unmistakably Portuguese and a refreshing alternative to more fruit forward styles.

The wine pours a striking deep cherry pink with persistent fine bubbles. Aromas of cranberry, sour cherry, blood orange, red currant, and rose hips lead into a palate that is bone dry, bright, and energetic.
