The Praxis range is intended to highlight freshness and precision, and this bottling draws on Tasmania’s natural suitability for riesling. The island’s cool temperatures and extended ripening period allow the grape to retain high acidity while developing moderate flavor ripeness, making it particularly well suited to sparkling production.

The wine is made from 100 percent riesling and produced in the traditional method. Fruit is harvested early to preserve acidity, then gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel before secondary fermentation in bottle. The wine spends time on its lees to build texture and integration while maintaining a focused, mineral driven profile.
