The Yin is subtle, smooth and oily in texture, showing buttery brioche, chamomile, beeswax, baked apples, white flowers, and vanilla, The Yang of this wine is vibrant, with bright acid at the core, grapefruit zest, lemon tart, sea spray, white pepper, and a pithy textural finish.
