Walsh Family Bethany Ridge Cab Franc 2022
The 2022 vintage marks our second bottling of the Bethany Ridge Cabernet Franc. This block was planted in 2018 making this Cab Franc a true third leaf production – the first of many to come. This wine is a deeply extracted and robust version of Cab Franc. Stewed red fruit and blueberry notes are predominant. We blend our Cab Franc with Petit Verdot to heighten the tannic structure and boldness of the wine.
